Hello AVCS family! My name is Tara Correll. I am teaching second grade this year and could not be more excited! My husband and I relocated to Orange County from the Seattle area. I was born and raised in New Jersey, but my heart is definitely on the West Coast! I have lived out west for 8 years now. Prior to Seattle, I lived in Utah and Northern California. I have been teaching for over ten years and have such a joy for teaching second grade!
My favorite bible verse of all time is: “For I Know The Plans I Have For You’ Declares the Lord, ‘Plans to Prosper You and Not to Harm You, Plans to Give You Hope and a Future.” Jeremiah 29:11
When I am not in the classroom, you can find me hiking with my husband, at a concert, traveling, at the beach, shopping, or with friends and family.
