Hi my name is Sarah Bechtel and I am in the Childcare Administrator at AVCS. I am in charge of all the supervisors and after school care known as ARK. I also am in charge of the summer camps and holiday camps we have throughout the school year. I feel truly blessed to be working at AVCS.

I started working here as a sub supervisor when my daughter was in kindergarten in 2005 and then slowly worked my way up to where I am now.

The children here bring me so much joy and I love to watch them all grow up. I have been warned that when you are working with children, you have to always remember, “be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to anger” – James 1:19

I currently live in Aliso Viejo with my Mom and daughter, Rachel. I also have my two pups, Tinkerbell and Duke whom I adore.

My favorite saying is by Mark Twain…“Dance like nobody is watching, Love like you have never been hurt, Sing like no one is listening and Live like its heaven on earth.”
