Processing Timeline
The FACTS application can take up to two weeks to verify after receipt of your application and tax documentation.
Incomplete applications will be delayed in processing and will not be considered until all of the information required by FACTS has been received. Should any information be missing or incomplete, you will be advised by FACTS.
Priority & Funding
Financial aid funds are limited. Applications are processed in the order they are received, and priority status will be given to returning families.
We encourage families to submit their application as early as possible to ensure the best chance of receiving assistance.

What to Expect on Your Tour
We welcome visitors to see our campus in person and get a personalized tour based on the grade levels you're most interested in. Every tour is tailored to your family's needs.
You'll have the chance to walk through our classrooms, meet faculty members, ask questions, and get a real feel for the AVCS community, a place where students are known, supported, and prepared for life.
Enrollment Considerations
Enrollment for new eligible students is determined by the following factors, reviewed holistically to find the best fit for our community:
What Happens If a Grade Is Full?
If a grade level is full, applicants will be placed in our waiting pool. As openings occur, families are contacted based on the enrollment considerations and best fit for AVCS, not by application date alone.
We encourage all interested families to complete the application process fully. Being on the waiting pool does not close the door, many of our families have joined us this way.
