2.1. When You Visit our Website

You are free to explore our websites without providing any information about yourself. When you visit our websites or submit a form, we request that you provide Personal Information about yourself and we collect navigational information.

2.2. “Personal Information”

This refers to any information that you voluntarily submit to us and that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself and or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions, both free and paid, that you enter into on our websites, and information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.

2.3. “Navigational Information”

2.4. Online Giving and Payment Information

We use a third party company FACT Tuition Management to process all of our financial transaction online. All financial transaction are not conducted on our websites but are transferred to the digital property of FACTS. Here is the Data privacy statement from FACTS PRIVACY.

Web Beacons (1×1 Pixels or GIFS)

In addition, we may use Web Beacons in HTML-based emails. Nelnet will not read, edit, delete, or copy files or information without your permission or as instructed by you. You may disconnect Nelnet’s site or application at any time by removing access through your Google account.

 

Do Not Track Signals

Do Not Track is a feature in your web browser, which enables you to opt-out of the third party tracking of your online activities over time and across third party websites. We do not track users across third party websites to provide targeted advertising, and therefore, do not process or comply with any web browser’s “do not track” signal or other similar mechanism that indicates a request to disable online tracking of individual users who visit this Website or use our Services. We use Navigational Information to operate and improve our websites and social media sites. We may also use Navigational Information alone or in combination with Personal Information to provide you with personalized information about Lutheran Church of the Cross Ministries. We post testimonials and comments on our Websites, which may contain Personal Information. We obtain each customer’s consent via email prior to posting the customer’s name and testimonial.

This service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information you provide except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf. We employ other companies and people to provide services to visitors to our Websites, our members and customers, and may need to share your information with them to provide information, products or services to you. We retain Personal Information that you provide us as long as we consider it potentially useful in contacting you about our Church or Schools, and then we securely delete the information. If we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, that company would receive all information gathered by LCOTC Ministries on the Website and social media sites.

4.2. Anti-Spam Policy

We will not use emails to send unsolicited commercial email in violation of applicable laws, and requires the inclusion in every email sent using the Subscription Service of an “opt-out” mechanism and other required information. We require all of our ministries to agree to adhere to the Acceptable Use Policy at all times, and any violations of the Acceptable Use Policy by a customer can result in immediate suspension or termination of the Subscription Service.
